Our bamboo floor was installed 15 months ago. Despite our initial misgivings regarding durability, it is still beautiful and has survived the spills and splashes from the sink and dishwasher extremely well. It was obviously mopped up timeously and not allowed to stand.

The dog has lost it on numerous occasions doing ‘four-paw’ drifts around the corners to attend to urgent issues like feeding and getting outside to the gate – fast. The floor has taken it in it’s stride and while the noise generated is impressive, the scratches on the floor need serious inspection to be seen.

“I have compared and tested bamboo floor samples from a few suppliers. I soaked your sample in water for more than 10 hours, amazingly it did not warp or show any change in dimensions. I also tried scratch test with screw drivers and car keys. The sample from Bamboo warehouse was the most scratch resistant out of the three samples from different suppliers. Kind regards,

Lori was very prompt in returning my call and was on time to inspect our premises and what impressed me was bringing the actual installer to measure up and make suggestions regarding certain complicated aspects of the installation.The opposition was not that thorough in their quoting and as we were doing an area of approx 130sq/m over tiles, including 2 staircases,we wanted to insure we got good value for our money with somebody that knew what they were doing which is hard to find these days.
